Abstract

Cikajang District has culinary tourism potential but it has not yet been developed. The abundant agricultural products found in Cikajang District have not been widely processed and developed into superior food products. There are quite a large number of PKK women who are members of the village women's empowerment forum but do not yet have special expertise in the field of catering. The main problem that needs to be helped to solve this community service activity is efforts to grow the ability to process, serve and package culinary products based on agricultural products in Cikajang District, which still needs to be developed. The aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills in processing local agricultural products for the people of Cikajang District in creating good agricultural products. The activity participants were PKK cadre mothers with a total of 20 participants. The methods used in this activity include interviews, outreach and training. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires/activity questionnaires. This activity increases the knowledge of the people of Cikajang District about processing agricultural products. Materials in efforts to process agricultural products include: 1) Identifying potential agricultural food products, 2) Knowing the potential use of agricultural food products, 3) Sharing sessions, 4) Training on processing agricultural products. The resulting output is the implementation of training, training modules, IPR and journals resulting from community service.
